He has 15 years of experience in general and financial management roles (including CFO of Neuf Cegetel, a €7.5bn listed telecom operator). He started his career as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
He holds a master from Ecole Polytechnique and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Olivier VILLEDEY Managing Director - Finance, Risk & ComplianceOlivier joined Eiffel Investment Group shortly after inception, to oversee finance, risks and operations. Previously, he had been the deputy CFO of telecom operator Neuf Cegetel, where he was in charge of financial reporting and control, managing a team of 50 controllers.
He holds a master from ENST Bretagne.

Emmanuel WEYD Managing Director - InvestmentEmmanuel joined Eiffel Investment Group at the beginning of 2009. He has 20 years of experience of the credit markets, including 7 years as a portfolio manager. Prior to joining, he was a managing director at J.P. Morgan, where he spent 13 years and successively held senior responsibilities in credit research, credit origination and structuring and proprietary trading. He had started his career in credit research at Standard & Poor's.
He holds a master from ESSEC.

Guillaume PANIE Managing director - Chief Client & Product Development OfficerGuillaume joined Eiffel Investment Group in 2010 to head business development . He had previously served in senior management roles at telecom and media ventures. He started his career working for the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry (French Treasury, Agence des Participations de l'Etat, economic advisor to the French Minister for Commerce).
He holds masters from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines.

Etienne BOILLOT Managing Director - Eiffel eCapitalEtienne joined Eiffel Investment Group in 2015. He is the director of Eiffel eCapital, which invests through Marketplace Lending Platforms. He is an early and active participant in the alternative lending market in the US, UK, France, Italy and Spain. Prior to joining Eiffel eCapital, Etienne created and managed the family office of Pierre Bergé. He has over 25 years of investment experience spanning multiple asset classes. He holds an MBA from Stanford Business School.

He the spent several years in senior business and financial roles in companies in the telecom and commodities/energy sectors before he joined Eiffel Investment Group end 2008. He holds masters from ESSEC and Dauphine university.

He has 40 years of experience in general management, corporate finance and alternative investment. In particular, he held various responsibilities in private equity firms and spent 15 years with Citibank.
He holds a MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Marijke SANTEMA Managing Director - Eiffel Investment Group BVMarijke served as legal counsel of Kering from 2014 to 2015, of Louis Dreyfus SAS from 2010 to 2014, of the Dutch financial markets authority AFM from 2006 to 2010 and of Shell from 2004 to 2006. She had previously been a corporate lawyer at the Dutch law firm Nauta Dutilh for 6 years.

He has more than 10 years of experience in marketing roles in the asset management and private banking industry, including as a senior private banker at Morgan Stanley. He also gained extensive experience in fixed income sales and debt capital market roles at Goldman Sachs and Commerzbank.
He holds masters from Ecole Centrale Lyon and ENSPM.
